Hurgy Durgy

The feeling you get when you want to respond to something, but the only things you can think of are inappropriate or indescribable. It's like being tongue-tied, and you have words or visuals in your brain, yet cannot verbally express them, due to being so caught off guard or knowing that someone would not understand your logic. Often used as an insult, retort or to provoke.

Remember when that guy walking by said something vulgar about my waifu, and all I could manifest was to shout “You’re just a Hurgy Durgy!”
