"Spook soreness" is when the brain copes with missing a workout by convincing itself it's very sore. in other words, fake muscle pain.

A: "God, my arms hurt so badly from the gym."

B: "Dude, that's just spook soreness. You texted me, 'hell no' to going to workout yesterday."

Pull a Sorenson

The act of talking shit to someone while not being able to back it up. You may call someone a "piece of shit", tell them to go "suck a fatty" or talk more shit, but really, you won't do anything physical. Sideaffects include, but are not limited to; being called a pussy/bitch (etc.), being teased often while knowing you won't/can't do anything about it, get to be a very pissy person, and this phrase also works when you're being a jealous bitch.

Cody: I'm gonna beat Brandens ass again!
Jon: Ok but just don't Pull a Sorenson....
