The area immediately surrounding the dancing area at a strip club. Customers place tips, usually in singles, on the rail for the dancers whom then come over and give them a show. The length and qulaity of the show is relative to the amount of the tip to other patrons tips.
AKA hoe row or the sniff rail (you are usually close enough to smell their snatch).

I got a stack of singles before hitting up the tip rail.
