Subsequently, they are transported to stores where people often purchase them while still unripe, only to allow them to ripen at home until they turn yellow and delicious. This same pattern can be observed with numerous products released in the present day. Companies have a tendency to ship incomplete products with only the most basic features and a multitude of bugs. They then spend the following years playing catch-up in order to make these products functional and useful (to ripen them).
Josh bought this smart tv but it can't show a picture yet. This will be a feature in one of the next software updates. Also playing audio is flakey at the moment. At least for this a fix is underway. Man what a banana-product it ripens with the customer.
