It's very strange that he didn't tell you he's dating someone in the 2 weeks he spends talking to you. After being friends with him for 3 weeks you'll have no clue what things he said were a lie and which were true so you'll try and block him only to find out he already despite saying he just needed some time and would be ready to date you soon. He'll also refuse to listen when you say you don't wanna hang out with him cause its gonna be pissing it down with rain.
