Date-rapey

Feeling unusual after drinking random, opened drinks; a term used by inexperienced drinkers that blame their black outs on being roofied. Symptoms are described as headaches, pain, sleepiness, feeling delerious, partial numbness, loss of motor skills and/or brief periods of dyslexia

I was feeling a little date-rapey when I left the bar yesterday, which is strange because I only had two cocktails.
I felt all date-rapey after I drank that water some strange girl left at my house.

good idea fairy cut-off date (GIF-COD)

Military term: The absolute, iron-clad, no-bull date/time when any visit by the good idea fairy will not be tolerated by anyone for any reason. For most reasonable people this is not later than the time an operation plan or order is published. For senior officers and politicians this is only a hypothetical moment that never arrives.

"The good idea fairy cut-off date (GIF-COD) for this operation is the date we issue the order to the units," said the Commander. "I will personally kill anyone who suggests anything after that."

Date Buffer

A date buffer is a friend that you bring along when you hang out with someone that you're romantically interested in. The purpose of this is to make the excursion seem as if it wasn't a date, but more of a friendly gathering. In most cases though, the 'buffer' is ignored as a third wheel.

However, if you're NOT interested in the person, a date buffer can be used so that you don't send the wrong message.

1) "Dude, I wanna go out with that chick again, but I'm a wuss and I don't wanna go alone. Could you be by date buffer?"

2) "That guy's cool and all, but I don't really like him like that. Just be my date buffer today and I'll pay for your ticket."
