Chaz

A person who will never stop talking, no matter the circumstance. Once they get going, there is no stopping them. Once they start acting less human like, you know they are a Chaz. Usually have no sense of courtesy, and feel like every conversation is theirs to interrupt, because they think they are superior, because they can talk and are named Chaz.
