DH111's Rule 17b

If a person were to exist, this person would know this rule in due course, no matter how ridiculous it sounds. And then it passes through generations until eventually it gets forgotten and discarded.

The Turkish rule

The Turkish rule dictates that it is not gay (or at the very least it's less gay) to "Top" another man than to receive this comes from the notion of passive gay men being rejected from Turkey's military. This term is commonly used in south Texas .

Rule-efficiency (noun): A term used to refer to the ability of rules to generate patterns that are effective in producing new experiences and achieving desired goals. It is also used to measure the effectiveness of rules in achieving their intended results.

By measuring rule-efficiency, we can determine which strategies are more effective for achieving our goals.
