Someone who only things about sex and what looks good in the physical. Things like physical attributes, physical features, new things , branding, visuals, luxury, and fetish.

That man is ruled by Venus, he will smash anything walking with a pretty face.

That girl slept with that guy because he looked like he had money. She definitely ruled by Venus.
