ratchpack dartgang

Slang referring to someone, or a group of people who are dirty, ghetto, and smokes cigarettes and/or do dirty drugs like speed.
Comes from the combination of the words "ratchet", "pack", "dart" (being slang for cigarettes) and "gang".
Does not refer to just anyone that smokes cigarettes.
Every highschool has a ratchpack dartgang. Simply look to the smoker's corner for the dirtier looking kids who are always trying to bum smokes off of each other.

Jim: What's with those kids smoking outside the school all the time? They always try to bum smokes off me.
Andrew: That's just the ratchpack dartgang.

the most severe, crucial and fatal stage of being in a ratchet as da f!#k situation or surroundings..So ratchet and so so whack as all get out that basic human function and reaction time is dwindled down to mere scraps... this level of ratchet is rarely ever recovered from, fatal in most cases....

My mum has been exposed to such an extreme dose of ratchitis that basically she quit wanting to try.. Ratchitis took my friends mum in 1998. Now she just needs to sign the death certificate.

In Texas, Ratchet hour is from 1-2 AM, while it's always Ratchet hour in Louisiana.
