MacnSkeeze means Cheater and Side, one might hollar when they're caught out and about.
MAC= a cheater, player, adulterer, unfaithful.
SKEEZE= Side filth/piece, mistress, other woman/man, one who deals in taken.

Together Mac and Skeeze , rhyming with Mac and cheese. Leaving one open for interchangeable cheese mentions to insult one about smell or hygiene, possibly promiscuity.
