An Afrikaans slang term. Used to say "in sy moer", which is difficult to translate but means something along the lines of "broken beyond repair".

person 1: "Daai ding is ISM"
(that thing is ISM)

person 2: "Ja nee ou, ons gaan die nie reggemaak kry nie"
(Yeah no dude, we're not going to be able to fix that thing)
