Jarret was mad at his mother for throwing away his adult video collection so he smashed her grandmothers antiuque lamp worth 7mil she had inherited with a golf club. When his mother returned home and asked him what happend, he responded,

"Oh me and the guys were heading out the door to play golf and I bumped into the lamp ON ACCIDENT"

boating accident

A mechanism for claiming a cryptocurrency loss. It was originally a joke made by gun enthusiasts who "sadly lost all of their guns in a tragic boating accident", but has been repurposed by Bitcoiners. It is often used in other contexts - for anything you don’t want the government to know you have.

I would normally have to pay taxes, but "I lost my Bitcoin in a boating accident", so I'm declaring a loss instead.

four headed grass accident

Something spectacularly silly and sublimely expressive of the comical futility of human existence. Like a four headed baby conceived between a couple who couldn't even recognise one another because the grass was too tall (or they had smoked too much of it). An utter disaster.
