A hyperfixation on Kanye West (Ye) where a person, typically heavily defensive of Ye, not only knows released albums front-to-back but can identify obscure and unreleased material like the back of their hand. Yetism covers anyone who can recite the filename of an unreleased demo, hype up mumble demos from Good Ass Job and Donda 2, and beg for obscure tracklist songs on Ye affiliates' streams.

Someone who has an unusually large head as compared to the average size and is in the shape of a yeti's mountainous head.

Also may refer to Matt Moskal's head who had a similar headshape to the abominable snowman, who starred in "The Bridges at Toko-Ri".
