A scrub is a guy that thinks he’s fly, and is also known as a busta. He’s always talking about what he wants and just sits on his broke ass. Scrubs typically don’t have a car, a job, and live with their parents. The term was first introduce in the hit 1999 song titled “No Scrubs” by the R&B girl group TLC.
