Action Master

A type of TransFormer which does not actually transform, but which is instead an action figure with advanced articulation (similar to a GI Joe figure). Half the Action Masters were converted versions of earlier characters, and all look like they should have alternative modes. They also have transforming companions or accessories. They are very controversial among transformers fans, because many feel that they aren't transformers if they don't transform.

Action Master Soundwave, unlike the original Soundwave, could no longer transform into a cassette player; he also could not eject cassettes. He did, however, have a companion, WingThing, which transformed into his weapon.

Fry Action

Fry Action is the term used to ask another for a fair portion of french fries (the fair portion is at least two decently sized fries). Can also be used for other foods, but it not always two of the different items.

Yo Dave, give me some fry action!
(Dave gives asker three fries to show that he is decent human being).

live action role play

The extended version of the acronym 'LARP', which is pretty self explanatory. LARP is a type of game or sporting activity similar to most modern RPG video-games, however as the name suggests it is done in live action, meaning real people in real environments. Players create their characters based on the fictional universe that their LARPing group has established and often take on particular roles or 'skills' in which they level up to benefit themselves or their team in pursuing a goal within the universe; examples of which could be overthrowing a tyrant leader to rule a kingdom, becoming the strongest player/s in the game, or simply just seeking revenge on that one friend that always screws you over. Most LARPs involve medieval or fantasy combat with soft foam weapons, some have pre determined stories where as others allow the actions of players to affect the direction of the plot.

They explained to their friends that LARP was actually an acronym, standing for Live Action Role Play
