When a woman purposefully and successfully turns a man on.
"Lightswitching" often happens when the male and female are alone or in a secluded place(such as someone's house, forest, park etc)

The female will often compliment the male in a seductive manner, by saying she likes your pants or shirt, saying you smell good, saying the male has beautiful eyes, bending over, taking off her jacket and so on.
