Referencing The Three-Fifths Compromise. Which was an agreement reached during the 1787 United States Constitutional Convention. It addressed how enslaved people would be counted when determining a state's population for representation in Congress and for taxation purposes. Delegates agreed that each enslaved person would count as three-fifths of a person.

Brian is the nicest person you can meet the best friend the one that cares and loves you he might me a jerk once and awhile but he doesn't mean it at all. He's sweet and all when he sees me down he will get concerned about me.
