WW2 and Vietnam era military term for a once or many times USED condom.
Person that is sleasy and untrustworthy because he keeps reusing the dirt bag.
Also known as a scum bag.

Johnnys used that same condom again on Connie. I'd never use a dirt bag on my girl.

A guy that has a good personality/sense of humor/etc. but doesn't cut it in the appearance department. Therefore he is doable if you are drunk or he wears a paper bag over his head or both.

To kiss. Can be random or planned, done drunk or sober, at a party or in the movies, can be enjoyable or forgettable.
Usually used : a sleazy suggestive way for a guy to ask a girl if he wants to kiss her. Males usually use this term.. god knows why.

"Did you bag up with that chick?"

"You wanna bag up?"

In referince to some FPS video games when a player would kill his/her opponent and "Crouch" numorous times over the dead corp's face in the fassion of the sexual move "Tea baging", usually very funny when the person dead has the respawn time on and is seing there own dead body beign teabaged on and they can not do anything about it.

The most Tea baging probably known today is to occur mostly in the game HALO 2 ,
