Stitch

"Stitch incoming" on a video means that the creator is about to play a video where they've used the "TikTok stitch" feature. A stitch involves adding your own video content to the end of another video, usually for the purpose of commenting or reacting. According to Reddit and TikTok, a stitch allows you to take a short clip (up to 5 seconds) from someone else's video and add your own video as a follow-up.
