An individual who says the word nigger. Fellow word-sayers say the word to eachother.

That white man with the cowboy hat is a word sayer. I heard him complaining about all the stinky niggers at Wal-Mart.

Nekkid Sayer

A person from or raised in Texas, or with deep southern drawl who uses common southernisms and redneck words such as Y'all, yander, wallago, nekkid, crik or britches. Usually having redneck or hillbilly like qualities.

"Bubba is nice and all but he's a nekkid Sayer."
