My final exam was at one, so I had to make a diaper run back to school. It only took me eight hours!

Running a ducky

Running a ducky is a common slang term to mean "running late." It is only ever correctly used in gerund form.

"We've been waiting for 15 minutes! Boy, he's running a ducky."

NOT: "The other day I ran a ducky. The guys were so pissed."
