*sigh* people have no clue, techno is not listened to by ravers, it's a form of techno most commonly called rave music.
Techno is everywhere, whether it be from subtle synthesizer based special effects to actual songs.
Please don't mistake rubbish for techno, it is a very unique form of electronic music, different to the rubbish played on kiss100 everyday.
Don't go with the majority like eminem, he even requires techno based background music, but then again rap is crap.

Loading screen techno

The art of creating various noises and bass with your throat in order to entertain yourself while waiting for your system to boot or an application to load - not suprising, then, that it is common to create loading screen techno in public places such as school and work where hard drives are outrageously slow.

Can also be used to keep oneself awake during long sessions of gaming.

Greg: argh, why haven't they upgraded from windows 95 yet, this server is SO slow man!

1.) someone who is obsessed with techno to the point where they have battles during school with another techno whore and they play two different songs of the same artist at once
2.) a person who finds it absolutely necessary to whip out their ed hardy's and air force ones and start frolicing on command
3.) anyone who checks myspace enough for techno that their heart stops beating with thumps but instead with unz unz unz
