A plastic rider is a person who rides a motorcycle and acts like they are a tough bikie! They are the all talk, know-it-all, been on a bike for 10 mins, whingy riders. They’re the reason the code is dying... They look after themselves, act tough but run away from a fight and have no loyalty to anyone.
