1) "Nigga" and "Nigger" are two completely different words, said with totally different contexts. NEVER say Nigger, CAREFULLY say Nigga.
2) In the modern day, almost everyone (of different races) casually says "nigga" amongst their closest friends. If you are MY nigga - that means you are one of the most loyal, trusted, dependable, needed friend I have. If you are just A nigga (not my friend) then most likely you are either being funny, foolish, ghetto, cheap, or overly confident in a social context.
3) People should stop saying "nigga" after they stop seeing one... which will probably never happen.

A word that was used in the pass used to discriminate black people. It didn't matter of you was Hispanic or Indian or anything if you was brown/darkskin you was not treated fairly. Idk bout you but to me that sounds like colorism . Therefore to be able to say the n word YOU HAVE TO BE APART OF THE BLACK ETHNICITY OR BE BROWN SKIN ITS SO SIMPLE. And no us black people do not use the word in vain we use it to represent us

Your mom....I'm just playing it's a racial slur towards black or African American people (like me) that old whites used when slavery and the civil rights movement was happening (not at the same time)
Old white:GET BACK TO WORKIN' NIGGA
Me: No lol.
Old white:*pulls out whip*
Me:*starts working until my arms dislocate*
