When things are considered immoral purely based on religious and/or cultural dogma rather than any logical sense of ethics.

Person 1: Loud laughter, homosexuality, and bikinis are sinful!
Person 2: That's arbitrary morality right there.

Moral inadequacy

It's in the fact that how the EMPLOYEES are treated and/or compensated WASN'T EVEN A CONSIDERATION IN YOUR MONOLOGUE.

Hym "Some business owners take great pride in how their employees are treated and compensated and some do not. At the same time, the inability to appease the latter is treated as some profound moral inadequacy. Especially by conservatives. That isn't a good thing in my 'Greatest mind who has ever lived' opinion."

Morale

Something people don't really need boosted. Getting people's hopes up is fucking with their heads. Every place in the world being more like Vegas or Disney World wouldn't be a long term morale boost, it would be bullshit. In reality, there's already plenty to be happy about in day to day life without somebody trying to boost people's morale or fuck with their heads.

Morale is something some people toy with, and call it boosting, when really people don't need that kind of thing to get by.
