when you bite through a burger or sandwich but there is something in the sandwich like a pickle or tomato that is harder to bite completely through and you wind up pulling sections of the sandwich out as you take the bite, hence the bite fail.

2. When you are trying to leave a message for someone and your phone drops the call.
