Vince circa 2017: "I enjoy being roasted. I love it. The attention - I feed off it. They can roast me all they want. Haters gona hate."
Vince circua 2020: "I hate when you roast me. You always pick on me."

Vince is a hypocrite; goes around telling people he enjoys the roast but secretly inside he doesn't, and eventually he cracks. Also, I don't think he actually understands the meaning of the word hypocrite as he tries to use it on other people incorrectly.
