An osu! player who plays maps known for giving a bigger amount of performance points than others, pretty much every player that tries to climb in ranks, as noone has 100 HDHR tech maps as top plays. It's mostly used as a derogatory therm by players ranked lower than the pp farmer, to try and look down on their top plays.
