oh my dearie

commonly used in replace of the phrase "oh my god" or "oh my gosh" to not offend people. Also, it just sounds more awesome. abbreviated "omd"

Dear Francis

Adjective; Describes the letter a female member of the military who is deployed to a war writes to her husband/ boyfriend at home to inform him that the relationship is over; connotation: she met someone else while she is fighting a war. Usually, Dear Francis letters admit some sort of infidelity with another serviceman.

Derives its name from the opening of the original letter.
