n. (RTS games, specifically Age of Empires III) a player that rushes the Fortress Age in order to spam artillery to the field; loosely, one who spams exclusively artillery at any point in a game.

FIRST PLAYER: "wow greens a cannon whore"
SECOND PLAYER: "Taunt 1" ('YES')
SECOND PLAYER: "hes playing dutch what do you expect"

noob cannon

In cs (counter strike) it is the xm1014 auto shotgun(auto shotty). it has a fast reload and a fast fire rate. you can also stop reloading to fire off a round into the fave of an opponent.

OMFG! that is like your sixth kill with the noob cannon. get a real gun.
