A set-up, or an extremely unbalanced challenge.

That English assignment was a duck... we had to present on something we didn't even know.
That argument I had with the teacher was a duck. She took my words completely out of context.
That's A Duck, there is no way he can win!

Usually used when someone so fucking dumb acts smart and fails horribly.

Bob: Umm, uhh, umm. Shoot, Darn diggity, I swore I just had it in my head a minute ago.
