Therapy. Literally human torture that some parents make their children go to when a child misbehaves or even that adults take themselves to for help that just makes you question your entire existence. It is usually very weird and these people get paid to ask what your biggest secrets are, and if you go with your parents, even if they tell you they will not tell them a word you say they will tell them. Never trust a therapist. Those creatures need to be locked up. The name of em says it all! The-Rapist like wtf do not waste your money on those bitches.

Therapist: okay so im just working at therapy for the drama and good money so whats your secrets?
Person: Uhh i pee myself every night because im scared of monsters!
Therapist: ok then uhhh i dont have any advice for you just stop pissing yourself, weirdo
Person: arent you suppost to help me? ugh anyways i also got this girl pregnant
Therapist: dang you little hoe what you want me to do tf?

Person: GIVE ME ADVICE WHAT!?!?!?!?
Therapist: okay im done session over. Anything else before i talk to your parents?
Person: finally but whatever you do and i mean it do not tell my parents i got someone pregnant PLEASE!
Therapist: Of course i wont i "promise"
Parents: okay so what happened?
Therapist: your child is weird asf so first he pisses his bed AND he got a girl pregnant!
Parents: TF THAT KID IS GROUNDED!!!!

Ice therapy

When you eat something so spicy that you get a cup of ice and put it on your tongue for a certain period of time.

I ate spicy noodles last night and needed ice therapy afterwards.

Something everyone needs. Whether you realize it or not. Mental health problems can start at childhood. Common disorders (that I know of) include: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD/ADD, and OCD.
