A mental disorder shared largely by inner city residents. Symptoms usually include the following:

1: Usually desires to live month to month living off a welfare check without looking for work.

2: Usually panhandles around banks and downtown areas anyone they see (especially caucasians) for money under their warped belief that caucasians owe them everything for the past and present.
Panhandler: Sir, can you give me a dollar?

Me: You have the sense of entitlement disorder!
