Mullet Ra

It is a way to describe a boy who wears a Mullet when it is way out of style. This is mainly used in southern Florida and is quiet common among 9 to 17 year old boys.

Ra Ra

Ra Ra is another word for saying “Bra Bra” but with out the B’s. It’s something we typically say in the south so I can’t speak on anyone outside of that area.
