Pato

In Colombian slang, specifically Medellin, or around Medellin (The paisa zone) being a pato is a slang used among young people.

If you do something really stupid or if you approach a problem with an unpractical and/or stupid or funny solution you are a pato.
It can also mean "chichipato", which in this case would mean being someone cheap.

-Parce, por que le pego a su hermanito? // Bro, why did you beat your brother's ass?
-Porque no me quiso hacer un favor a la tienda // Because I ask him to bring me something from the grocery store and he denied.
