A person who likes to go on crazy expeditions with friends. The expeditions are considered Bizzare. They usually have two “Jo”s in their name. Sometimes they use breathing techniques or sometimes have punchy ghost thingies, usually not seen by people around them.

The term "Jojo Reference" refers to a popular media known as anime. To be specific the anime and manga series is titled "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure", when such word it utilized it's usually in meme format with it usually having something in common with a particular scene or character. Though in many memes it is usually indirectly referencing it with small similarities.
