They also struggle with making adult decisions on the daily during the week while also being tempted and usually giving in to heavy drinking, wild parties, spending way too much money, not giving two fucks, and a YOLO attitude on the weekend and some week days; only to wake up on Monday morning full of regret and questioning their life decisions, maturity, and who they really are. This mental confusion leads to the need for a quick fix stress-relief, hence casual sex, which in turn worsens the emotional detachment and causes the roller coaster of young adulthood to rear its ugly head to make them feel like they are getting nowhere in life.
