Blocking someone on a social networking site, hookup site or app before that person has ever had a chance to contact you.

Gay Guy A: Eww, look at that nasty old man!

Gay Guy B: Gross, he's so old he's like 35! Did he contact you?

Gay Guy A: No, I pulled a Preemptive Block before he could ever dare try to get with my hotness!

Going to the toilet before it is necessary, preventing a later urge. Useful before going to movies or long journeys without pauses.

When one types in chat and doesn't take the time to check spelling prior to sending.

Vic was chatting so fast, he started suffering from "premature etypulation" - I couldn't understand his spelling.

It should have said "...just wanted you to know how much I love and miss football season".
