Privileged Settler Farmers

Term used to describe white settlers who moved into an area and began to farm in North America. White Settlers forced indigenous people from there homes onto reservations. The term is usually used to refer to today's population who still are benefiting from colonialism. aka, The original settlers decedents, and other people who use this land. Can be a derogatory term. Can be a just a name.

Wife privilege, or wife/common law or girlfriend privilege, is the personal privilege that benefits the husband from her hairdressing skills over non hairdressing experiences in some households, particularly if they are otherwise under the same social, political, or economic circumstances.

Someone who has the ability to fall asleep on command. They can sleep anywhere at anytime and always has enough rest. They are almost never tired because of their privilege.

Jester's Privilege

The ability to basically say whatever you want without repercussions, such as insult the king. A jester would have legal protection and permission to make such jeers, as his purpose was simply to entertain and was often not taken seriously, but despite this, often was one of the more important members of the King's Court, and was given high status.

Black Privilege

*Black Privilege (noun):*
When benefits, rights, and privileges gained from African American struggles, sacrifices, and activism are transferred to and enjoyed by non-Black individuals and groups, often perpetuating systemic inequality.

"Black Privilege should mean equal rights and protections under Civil Rights Act 1866, but ironically refers to the unfair advantage other groups have claimed from laws originally intended to benefit African Americans."
OR alternatively:
"People realized too late that Black Privilege actually meant others benefiting from laws meant to end Black oppression – a twisted systemic inequality."
