When a person at the bar prevents you from ordering a drink for you or a woman you're buying a drink forbecause they are acting like a jackass.

I was at the bar and asked a person if i could get in to order a drink and they wouldn't move therefore he was drink blocking me.

The action someone can do to Simp-Block someone is to announce to the internet that a person has a girlfriend/boyfriend...

When Keemstar announced that Pokimane had a boyfriend he really simp-blocked her.

Cart Blocked: When flying in an airplane and you have to pee but can't get to the bathroom because the snack/beveridge cart is blocking the path to the bathroom.

Douglas was flying to Cincinnati from Seattle and was regretting drinking a lot of soda pop now that he was cart blocked and his bladder was ready to burst.
