Mullet Steve is a fictional character. No one knows anything about him except for the fact that he exists and that he has a mullet. He is often seen wearing a sweater and consuming pork products.

It is rumored that he has super powers and spends most of his time fighting evil. It is also rumored that if one cuts off Steve's mullet, the world will end.
