It works both way towards men and women...mostly women. It was discovered on a night out in the claddagh ring- hendon-london(Local Grum spot) where a local grim achieved grum status with her tom-foolery in the toilets. When the body is deemed to be ready, the grumpers take there positions.
One person (the grumpy) places there head between the body's legs. Whilst the other person (the grumper) Jumps upon the body's stomach.
