Get the douchemug. Its proper definition of douche is the introduction of of a fluid into the vagina for medical or hygienic reasons. Not being an enjoyable process, its derivatives are usually meant to insult. Terms such as shower pocket, douchebag, d-bag, DB, doucherama, doucher, douche turd, douchington, or simply douche are not uncommon.

Get the douchemug. Usually a young man from the Northern East Coast area. Always has a "wing man" (also a Gym Douche). They usually wear Air Jordan shoes & basketball shorts, and baggy shirts with the entire sides cut out. Also sporting their fresh Blow Out haircut. They make copious amounts of noise and hit on the local gym girls. They also believe that they own portions of the gym and have certain rights that "Regular Members" don't have.
Regular Member: "Hey man are you using these 20lb weights?"
Gym Douche: "Yeah I have two more sets."
Regular Member: " Ok. What about those 25's right next to you that you aren't using?"
Gym Douche: "Naw man I'm using those too."
Regular Member: Sighs under breath "What a douche!"
Gym Douche: "Yeah I have two more sets."

Get the Mountain Douchingmug. a game similar to "punchbuggie" where you punch someone and yell "douche car!" when you see one.
Criteria for a douchcar include:
- super loud music
- people hollering out the windows
- cheesy painting
- speeding with loud muffler
- a douche is driving the car
- vanity plate
- low riding
- ridiculous rims or spoilers
one or any combination of there douche factors can classify something as a douche car and you can punch someone for it, but once they punch you you can't punch them for the same car.
