Gotta go Tourette’s syndrome

When someone has to go and do something more important than what they are currently doing. But they keep getting distracted, only for them to suddenly realise again that they have to go and they instantly panic.

Gotta go Tourette’s syndrome is for example
Person 1: “man I gotta get the kids soon. Oh Oi man the other day at thingos house did u see how buckled what’s his name was?”
Person 2: “yeah man, I seen that he’s a funny cunt ay, like the other night he was like sayin all this shit to…”
Person 1: *gasps* “shit fuck what’s the time?! Fuck I gotta go pick up the kids from daycare in 5 mins”
Person 2: ok let’s go then
Person 1: but yeah he was talkin so much shit etc.

(Continues talking forgetting responsibilities)

Tourettes is a Disorder where you make involuntary Movements or Noises. I have it and its NOT fun. It can harm. Example: I have a tic where I tilt my head aggressively and it causes neck pain.
It is NOT attention seeking.

Person A: “Haha! _____ has Tourettes they’re such an attention seeker!”
Person B: “Shut the fuck up man.”

Basically same as tourettes but the person usually say things at the most inappropriate moments in an instant similar to someone with tourettes, but could also turn into a great comedic moment.
