many fillipinos i know dont use shaving cream. Instead applying water to their face and proceding to shave

those flips Romulas and joe are too cheap to buy shaving cream so they just go for the fillipino shave

So everyone knows that girls do have facial hair...but most of the time its sparse or light enough where its not noticed, but what do you do if theres a really hot girl but shes just got this hairy hairy face...well u provide a service to the world and give her a texas shave....it goes something like this...
