Best WWII movie ever made so far. Definitely one of the most popular WWII movies ever made so far (if not the most popular WWII movie ever made).
Taking place in WWII, a missing american soldier named Private James Ryan (Matt Damon) lost all of his brothers in combat. Captain John Miller (Tom Hanks) is ordered to find Private James Ryan hoping to find him before he gets killed and his mother has no living sons left.
Loosely based on a true story during WWII, where an American soldier named Frederick Niland went missing and all of his brothers were thought to be KIA. Being the only brother/son left in the family, a group of soldiers were ordered to find and save him so he can be discharged and sent home safely.
The beggining of the movie takes place during D'Day. The D'Day part is intense. The D'Day part was accurate (according to D'Day veterans in real life).

Get the Saving Private Ryanmug. Ryan is the guy that no one respects. He's self conscious and insecure dealing with confrontation through passive aggressive and manipulation. Ryan's always have a politician in the family but are too uncomfortable to admit it. He's the guy you want with you when picking up girls because you can use him as an example of how much better you are than him and other guys. Ryans are almost always simps that believe in love, but will always get cheated on.

Get the Ryan Stonemanmug. Ryan is someone who is very awkward he is a caring friend who is kind to strangers but when you get to know him he is not afraid to show his true colors. Even though Ryan is a band geek that doesn’t stop him from being the cool kid at school. Maybe Ryan’s popularity got to his head and he strikes back when he is talked bad about or something is annoying, he does not put up with peoples shit... once you talk bad about him you are done for. Ryan has a bit of an attitude but everyone loves him! He does tend to pick favorite friends but most of his friendships are on and off.

He's super cute and sweet but can be mean to people he doesn't like and he can be super sarcastic but he's usually really funny and everyone loves him.
