It is quite common for the "men" of this group to wear makeup...how gay is that. They say they don't conform to anyone and that they don't follow trends, but obviously there is huge number of them already, so they are indeed conforming and they are indeed part of a trendy crowd. They are obviously quite contradictory in nature.

Get the Kid laroi mug.First off I would like to state that in no way was this meant to be derogatory to anybody of any subculture and I actually enjoy the scene and your scene kids and do not wish to offend.
The typical scene kid can be noticed by the following;
-black teased medium length hair with red, pink, or blonde streaks in the underlayers
-tight dark blue jeans with a taper to them in most cases.
-if the scene girl chooses to don a skirt than black 3/4 leggings are appropriate attire to match.
-heavy well done make-up throughout the eye area for men...
-... and to add you have sometimes a pattern of stars from the corner of the eye(dots and other objects are also acceptable.)also they usually don a small amount of blush to make their cheeks rosy.
-tight band t- shirts (black or a bright colour) or a random t-shirt
-large framed sunglasses(Chanel, Dolce&Gabanna, Versace etc.)
-you can usually find them accesorizing with a bandanna of some colour on their bodies.
-usually slip on flat shoes or converse chuck taylor high tops.
-gauged(stretched) ear holes
-facial piercings
-tattoos
-tight longsleeves or jackets with a faux fur trim
-studded leather belts with impressive buckles or a regular buckle off to the side.
That is how i would define your average scene kid, however whereever you go there is always going to be some form of difference based on that area's current trends.

Get the scene kid mug.cool kid is a new fashion or trend like scene kids they wear screen tees, skinny legs, lots of buckle jewerly, chokers, they hair are usally layer with lots of different random hot or bright colors like purple, red, neon blue, or hot pink. they go to lots of concerts and hangout at new opening party spots... cool kids usally join new opening spots that usally going to become big such as glogster or ourspace. but still can become popular from bebo, myspace, or facebook. they usally start around the ages of 13 to 23. they also must wear .lots of eye shadow for girls. and alots of piercing for guys .eyebrow,nose,snake bites , etc. . cool kids also use words like normal kids and scene kids self for they usally make they own word or uses a word from scratch like lmao .laugh my ass off. to lmno .laugh mi nipple off. they are also pretty hard core and new to the generation you can be any race really .. also must love music..
