Acronym for “you already know (it)” , is a short format text (as lol or asap) to use when someone is aware or has knowledge about something. Even used when the other person thinks what you already thought, without telling him, about a certain incident or fact. Similar to the Italian “gls” which means “già lo sai” (translated to “yak”).

YAK. _(Yah + k)_ It translate to YA books people dislike. Mostly the more cliched, tropey and trash side of the YA market. Those who have more fanservice than the book itself, and toxic fandoms. Originated from the mix between the onomatopoeia “yuk” and the acronym of the Young Adult genre YA.
"I kinda get tired from all those dystopian love triangle chosen one Young Adult novels that feels like they are riding a trend for the past half decade"
"Not every book in life is YAK, Amy."
