The mechanical screws left over after a job is finished. These left over screws are thrown in the bush. The screws either were extra or were not re-installed in the proper place

After repairing my laptop, I was left with 5 bush screws.

Some one who tries to do something and fails miserably, but still thinks they did an amazing job. Usualy if some one is a "tool", they're usualy this as well.

Say your on a sports team with someone. A screw tard would be considered someone who sits the bench the whole game but then hits on chicks and thinks he's cool just because you won the game.

Possibly one of the worst screw design EVER. Once you use a flathead screwdriver to screw the flathead in something, the screwdriver will most likely slip of the screw. Also known to be very hard to use because it slips everytime
